Who: Any female or non-binary 6th to 8th grader looking to build strength, power, speed, agility, and overall fitness for sports and life!

When: Tuesdays from 4:20 to 5:20pm.

Fall 2024 Dates:
Session 2: October 15 - December 3 (no class 11/5 & 11/26)

Cost: $156 per session

Group Structure

Strong Girls Structure: AYF's Strong Girls focuses on building strength, speed, mobility, and flexibility in order to be life long athletes. Circuit training, track workouts, form-focused drills, and much more! This is a great supplement for sports, or just a great way to get active with friends!
