NYOS YOGA CLUB
Where: NYOS Charter School - 12333 N Lamar Blvd, Austin, TX 78753
Who: Any kinder to 5th grader looking to work on learning basic yoga poses and stretches.
When: NYOS After School Yoga Club meets on Fridays from 12:30 to 1:30pm
Your child can still participate if they are in an after-school care program! Our coaches will escort them after yoga club.
Spring 2025 Dates:
Session 2: March 28 - May 9 (no class 4/18)
Fall 2025 Dates:
Session 1: August 19 - September 19
Session 2: October 10 - November 14
Cost:
Session 1: $108 (5 weeks)
Session 2: $130 (6 weeks)

Group Structure
Yoga Club Structure: AYF Yoga helps kids learn how to implement stretching and yoga poses into their daily routine to refresh, rejuvenate, and/or relax, their bodies, and their minds! They learn that stretching is important to their other fitness endeavors, like AYF running and biking, and mindfulness exercises are important to their mental health and "feeling good overall." In AYF Yoga club, our goal is to help kids grow strong in body, mind, and spirit!
