CASIS RUNNING CLUB
Where: Casis Running Club (2710 Exposition Blvd, 78703)
Who: Any Pre-K to 5th grader looking to work on learning to run recreationally and for the fun of it! 6th to 8th graders can join as junior coaches.
When: Running Club meets after school on Mondays and/or Wednesdays from 3:15 to 4:15pm.
Your child can still participate if they are in an after-school care program! Our coaches will escort them after running club.
Spring 2024 Dates:
Session 1: Mondays - January 22 - March 4 (no class 2/19)
Session 1: Wednesdays - January 24 - February 28
Session 2: Mondays - March 18 - April 22
Session 2: Wednesdays - March 20 - May 1 (no class 4/10)
Cost: $156 per session

Running Club Structure: AYF Running Clubs focus on proper running form, pacing, endurance, running drills, functional fitness, and making fitness fun! We always end each session with at least one fun filled game!
Our mission is to teach kiddos to love running and biking as well as the proper form and technique in order to be life long athletes.
