Group Details
Where: Cedar Creek Elementary - 3301 Pinnacle Rd, Austin, TX 78746
Who: AYF biking clubs are for kids Kinder - 5th grade who can bike without training wheels, start/stop on their own, and are comfortable maneuvering the bike. Mountain bikes are suggested as well as having a Camelbak or water bottle cage.
When: Cedar Creek Biking Club meets after school on Thursdays from 2:50 to 4:20pm
Your child can still participate if they are in an after-school care program! Our coaches will escort them after biking club.
Spring 2024 Dates:
Session 1: February 1 - March 7
Session 2: March 21 - May 2 (no class 3/28)
Cost: $260 per session
Group Structure
Biking Club Structure: AYF biking clubs meet at a park or school and go on a new adventure each week! The first day of the session is dedicated to introducing safe biking practices and the rules of the road. Each week the group will ride 2-6 miles, exploring new routes and destinations.
Our mission is to teach kiddos to love running and biking as well as the proper form and technique in order to be life long athletes.
