Session 2 ONLY - week of March 28th to week of May 10th - 7 weeks Meeting Times: Tuesdays & Thursdays 3:45 to 4:45pm Runner Age: Kinder - 5th Grade* Austin Youth Fitness Running Groups focus on improving running endurance and overall fitness, developing "functional" strength, flexibility, and improving core strength and body alignment. Participants will participate in drills, practice form, run in relays, and our groups always end with a fun filled game! AYF athletes will likely see improvements in self-image, confidence, attitude, social-interpersonal-relationship skills, as well as an increased ability to focus on tasks and schoolwork. Please remember to provide a water bottle for your child to ensure proper hydration! *This AYF group is open to students from any school or homeschool. If your child is older or younger than the group maximum or minimum age, let us know if they'd still like to try out this group. All teachers and staff get a discount for all AYF groups, and we offer scholarships to anyone who may need one. Email larry@austinyouthfitness.com for more info on discounts and scholarships.
