Session 2 - March 30th to week of May 11th (6 Weeks) Meeting Times: Tuesdays 3:15 to 4:15pm Runner Age: Kinder - 5th Grade* Yoga Club Structure- AFY Yoga focuses on teaching your kids the value of stretching and starting a yoga practice with proper stretching technique. Your kids will learn how to implement stretching and yoga poses to heal their bodies after a long day of running or biking! Our group aims to teach about the benefits stretching will have on their body and as well as their minds! Come sign up today! Our mission is to teach kiddos to love running, movement, stretching, and biking as well as the proper form and technique in order to be life long athletes. Please remember to provide a water bottle for your child to ensure proper hydration! *This AYF group is open to students from any school or homeschool. If your child is older or younger than the group maximum or minimum age, let us know if they'd still like to try out this group.
