Where: Patton Elementary School - 6001 Westcreek Dr, Austin, TX 78749
Who: Any 1st to 5th grader looking to work on learning basic yoga poses and stretches.
When: Patton Yoga Club meets on Tuesdays from 3:30 to 4:30pm
Your child can still participate if they are in an after-school care program! Our coaches will escort them after yoga club.
Fall 2024 Dates:
Session 1: August 27 - October 1
Session 2: October 15 - December 3 (no class 11/5 & 11/26)
Cost: $156
When you register a sibling, you receive 15% off tuition.

Group Structure
Yoga Club Structure: AYF Yoga helps kids learn how to implement stretching and yoga poses into their daily routine to refresh, rejuvenate, and/or relax, their bodies, and their minds! They learn that stretching is important to their other fitness endeavors, like AYF running and biking, and mindfulness exercises are important to their mental health and "feeling good overall." In AYF Yoga club, our goal is to help kids grow strong in body, mind, and spirit!
