Austin Youth Fitness Fun Camps are a great way to keep your kids active on school holidays! So if you need some extra time to run errands or want the kids to keep their bodies moving on days off, then sign up today! Structure of Running Camps: Camps are all about being active, having fun, learning running forms with drills, and playing active games. We will typically start camp with a fun workout that may take us on the Johnson Creek Trail to run to a scavenger hunt. After our workout, campers will get a healthy snack that will be a hands-on creation. The last part of camp will be geared toward having fun! Campers will participate in games such as capture the flag, kickball, knockout, and tag games.

Young Guns Cycle the City Camps are a great way to keep your kids active on school holidays! When: March 13th to 15th from 9am to noon Where: Meet @ Westenfield Park Who: 1st to 5th Grade (6th, 7th & 8th graders are welcome to attend as junior coaches for half price) - Must have over a year of biking experience without training wheels and able to bike 1.5 to 2.5 miles before a break Cost: $50 per camper, per day
Structure: Cycle the City Camp will start with a review of all bicycle safety procedures as well as ways to maintain their bikes. From Westenfield Park, we will head on our bikes down the Johnson Creek Trail and other bike lanes to popular destinations around Austin. We will visit Zilker Park, Barton Springs, Butler Park, Pease Park, Austin Botanical Gardens, and other great destinations like these. Bikers will not be on their bikes for the entire time, but will also get a chance to hike around, swim, get tours, and have lots of fun! Bikers will need a helmet, mountain bike preferably, water bottle cage on bike, and a bike lock.
