REGISTER FOR RUNNING CLUBS
Session 1 - week of January 24 to week of March 7th
Session 2 - week of March 21st to week of May 2nd
Running Club Structure: AYF Running Clubs focus on proper running form, pacing, endurance, running drills, functional fitness, and making fitness fun! We always end each session with at least one fun filled game!
Cross Country Group: AYF Cross Country groups will focus on the information about too, but will be meant for older (4th to 8th grade) runners who want to improve their speed and race times as well as prepare for middle school and high school cross country teams.
