AYF's Fitness Egg Hunt!
Thank you for participating in AYF's Fitness Egg Hunt! We know it's hard to stay inside for too long, and exercise is still allowed outside, so Get.Outside.And.Move!
If you and your family are ready to play, remember to be safe, keep your distance from others (6 feet or more which is about two bicycles), play at your own risk, stay out of restricted areas in parks, follow all CDC and local guidelines, follow the clues below to find the eggs, and have fun! Eggs will be on the street, close to the curb at these houses. You can see what they look like in the image here!
You can go in any order and jog, bike, or drive to each block. Look for an egg close to the street, once you find it, do the exercise that shows up once you scan the QR code. On the sheet below (make sure you print out), write down which exercise you did at each egg! All Current AyF participants can join for FREE! All else, venmo $20 to @Austin-Youth-Fitness to join! |
