*This AYF group is open to students from any school or homeschool. If your child is older or younger than the group maximum or minimum age, let us know if they'd still like to try out this group. All teachers and staff get a discount for all AYF groups, and we offer scholarships to anyone who may need one. Email firstname.lastname@example.org for more info on discounts and scholarships.
Austin Youth Fitness Running Groups focus on improving running endurance and overall fitness, developing “functional" strength, flexibility, and improving core strength and body alignment. Participants will participate in drills, practice form, run in relays, and our groups always end with a fun filled game! AYF athletes will likely see improvements in self-image, confidence, attitude, social-interpersonal- relationship-skills, as well as an increased ability to focus on tasks and schoolwork. Most groups are open to students from any school.
Please remember to provide a water bottle for your child to ensure proper hydration!
