FREE Adult Running Group

For a second year, Backyard Fitness and Young Guns Running Group are joining forces to offer FREE Adult Running & Marathon training. Our goal is to offer two great workouts a week; one focusing on a quality, strength and conditioning workout, one focusing on building quantity with distance runs. If you are looking to train for a half or full marathon, then this is a great group to join! Last year we had many participants running in full and half marathons. You don't have to be an expert because...ALL LEVELS WELCOME, even anyone interested in walking!
Quality Running @ O Henry Track - Wednesdays @ 5 to 6pm

Quantity/Building Distance Run (Location typically on hike and bike trail) - Saturdays @ 7am
