Young Guns Running Groups focus on improving running endurance and overall fitness, developing “functional" strength, flexibility, and improving core strength and body alignment. Participants will participate in drills, practice form, run in relays, and our groups always end with a fun filled game! Young Guns athletes will likely see improvements in self-image, confidence, attitude, social-interpersonal- relationship-skills, as well as an increased ability to focus on tasks and schoolwork. All groups are open to students from all schools.
Fall 2017 Group Dates Session 1: week of September 11th - week of October 16th (6 weeks) Session 2: week of October 23rd - week of December 4th (6 weeks)
All Young Guns groups are open to students from any school or homeschool. If your child is older or younger than the group maximum or minimum age, let us know if they'd still like to try out this group. AISD teachers and staff get a 50% discount for all YG's groups, and we offer scholarships.
